Follow up on Decals - RUMORED RECALL?

Could there possible be a recall/ appeal on the decals???????? I'm HEARING RUMORS- you know how wrong rumors could be, so DON'T take my word- about the state repealing these laws. Honestly, I really really don't think this is going to be repealed. However, several people are walking around my school talking about it. I'll make sure I keep updating you on this issue.
